Minimum age of at least one guest must be 25 years. ID will be checked at check in at front office.

**Dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions at our complex. Please inquire and let us know what type of dog (1 max). There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 when bringing a dog, as well as a non-refundable pet fee paid to the front office upon arrival.**

Only 6 guests allowed in the condo. Failure to follow maximum occupancy requirements will result in eviction without a refund.

No loud music or parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

All guests must check in at front office to receive wristbands and parking pass ($35 paid to condo front office)

No smoking or vaping. If the cleaning crew says there is a smoke smell, the damage deposit will not be refunded.
